A Jaco original custom home can be built on the client’s own lot, or on one of Jaco’s prime home sites. Jaco custom homes are typically built on a minimum of two acre lots, generally on Long Island’s Gold Coast and in the Hamptons' communities. Each is built to grand scale, ranging from 5,000 square feet and up. A typical Jaco home features a minimum of five bedrooms and five and a half baths. A virtually limitless range of options awaits the choice of the Jaco home buyer: designer kitchens and baths, two-story entrance foyers, handmade cabinetry, hand-turned moldings, Italian marble, and hand polished granite.
